Editorial policy

Everything on seoclock is written by a named person, states where its numbers come from, and can be corrected by emailing us. We do not take payment for placement in comparisons or the Index, and we say so wherever a commercial relationship exists.

Authorship

Every article carries a byline linking to an author page with real credentials. AI tools assist with research and drafting; the author is responsible for every claim and reviews every page before publication and at each update.

Sources and numbers

Search volumes name their source and date (Google Keyword Planner, Search Console, or a labelled proxy). Prices quoted for other providers are taken from their public pages on the date stated. Statistics link to the primary source. Where we only have our own observations, we say "in our audits" rather than presenting it as industry fact.

Comparisons and rankings

When we rank agencies, tools or companies, the criteria are stated on the page and applied the same way to everyone, including us. Our own products are labelled as ours. Nobody can pay to be included, moved up, or removed.

Disclosures

seoclock is operated by 021 Digital, which sells SEO and growth retainers; audits may lead to that work and we say so. We hold no affiliate relationships with tools we mention. If that changes, the page will say so next to the link.

Updates and corrections

Pages show a published date and an updated date that changes only with substantive edits. To report an error, email [email protected]; we correct within two working days and note material corrections on the page.

What we will not publish

Scraped or spun content, fabricated testimonials or statistics, undisclosed sponsored content, or advice that violates Google's spam policies.
